Corn Muffin Mix – our own recipe for sweet corn muffins. Directions: combine 2 cups mix with 2 eggs and 1/2 cup milk. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes in greased muffin tin. Makes 12 muffins Ingredients: corn meal, wheat flour, sugar, powdered shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate and mono and diglyerides), baking powder, and salt.
