A premium Dutch Chocolate blend, ready to mix with milk or water. One-pound bag makes 8, 8-ounce servings. You can taste the difference from most store bought mixes, because we use higher quality cocoa. Try adding a little vanilla or one of our flavoring oils.

Recipe: Blend 1 cup of cocoa mix in 1/3 cup boiling water. Bring to a boil then simmer for about 2 minutes. Do not scorch. Then stir in 3 1/2 cups milk and heat but do not boil. Remove from heat and add 3/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Divide into 4 mugs and add 1/2 cup half and half divided equally or add whipped cream.
