Lemon Juice Powder on its own adds a strong lemony taste to salad dressings, baked goods, sweet and salty snacks, fish and poultry and other recipes that call for lemon juice. This powder can be used in many cases as substitute for fresh lemon (A teaspoon of lemon powder = ½ lemon). Mixed in with salt or sugar, it becomes its own unique citrus-infused seasoning. Lemon Powder adds robust lemon flavor to any iced or hot tea. Lemon Powder does not require refrigeration and will last for approximately two years on the shelf.
