Add this classic seasoning to all kinds of meat and poultry for a smoky, sweet and bold barbecue taste Use around one tablespoon per pound of meat. Barbecue originates from the French “barbe a que” meaning “beard to tail” – the way a pig was attached to the rotisserie to slowly roast over open flames.
Suggested Use: Use in barbecuing any beef, chicken, pork or fish directly or in a marinade or sprinkle on grilled vegetables to taste. Use 2-3 tablespoons per 1 pound of meat. Brush meat with oil, and then sprinkle with seasoning.
Ingredients: Brown Sugar, smoked sweet paprika, Sea Salt, Spices, Garlic powder, Onion powder, Dried chiles.
Basic Preparations: Just add to recipe as called for.
