Description
Thyme is a perennial herb native to southern Europe and the Mediterranean. Thyme is a bush with gray-green leaves giving off a pungent minty flavor with a light lemon aroma. The ground Thyme is air dried then ground.
Suggested Use: Use to add flavor to vegetables, meat, poultry and fish dishes, soups and cream sauces. Widely used in French cuisine.
